Vince Berry and his company V-builders served as the general contractor for a complex exterior home renovation of our 45 year old home in Modesto in 2015. The project included repair of multiple redwood roof projections, repair of a large backyard deck, repainting of the above, replacement of a multi-tiered brick front walkway with poured concrete and flagstone, installation of a complex drainage system for both front walkway and backyard pool area, and replacement of multiple wooden planter borders with poured concrete and plaster finish over rebar embedded concrete blocks. The project took less than one year. Vince provided a detailed bid, was unfailingly polite, showed up on time, and negotiated reasonable extra costs for the inevitable add-ons which became necessary. I appreciated his selection of a reliable large regional concrete subcontractor, rather than a smaller local company which might have been cheaper but could have made mistakes. I would recommend Vince for any home construction project.

Vince and team did an outstanding job on remodeling my kitchen & two bathrooms. They removed the pantry and opened the galley kitchen up into a large L shape. We out in tile floors, new cabinets, backsplash, and tile art as well as improved lighting and installation of all new appliances. I was very pleased with the quality of the work, the professionalism and timeliness of the project and the completed jobs. I would highly recommend v-builders and Vince in the future.

We have hired Vince to do a bathroom remodel. The results have exceeded our expectations: it is beyond beautiful. The care taken with such attention to detail has been extraordinary. Their work is so wonderful we have decided to continue to remodel our home ... I will post again as projects are completed ... but, all I can say is "wow!"

Vince built a 20x20 building in our backyard. It is our studio for quilting. He was very professional and honest with us. We really liked his work and ideas also the help he had was very good too. We are extremely happy with our building.

V-builders refinished my cabinets, tile work, and painting in my kitchen. They also did some work replacing doors, base boards and painting in the rest of my house. They did an excellent job. The estimates were fair and accurate. They were on time, efficient, and had some great ideas to help create the look I wanted. Had a new addition added to our home and it turned out beautiful. Very knowledgeable and when we wanted to add new technology into the build they researched things and gave us the pros and cons before installing. They were wiling to complete a couple other projects that were not included in the original contract as well. Stayed within the budget and Loved the results.
